I have not been a member now for many many years and canceled my membership a long time ago. This is the 2nd time (and with a new card that they some how got ahold of the number to charge?!) I've been charged this without my authorization. What gives. Time to dispute this with my bank and get refunded. Shady business tactics right there

My ckecking account is being charged a renewal fee. Why is that happening. I have never provided my checking account number to B & N.

I was charged $25 B&N Membership fee on 1/11/2018. I am not nor do I want to be a member. I need to cancel this and get a refund.

This was not disclosed during the sign up time. I was not informed there would automatic renewal charges! Do not wish to extend my membership with a foot in the door type company with shady business transactions.

I am charged with $26.75 for B&N Membership which I don't have ANY knowledge of signing or agreeing for such membership. This is not how you do business. You are stealing it to people - luckily we checked our bank statement. REFUND IT! or I will DISPUTE it.

Just had a $27.00 pending charge on my account for a B&N Membership Renewal, New York that I did not authorize. Wasn't even sure who it was with, until now.

I contacted B&N by phone and told them that automatic renewal's without customer authorization is a felony (which it is). The lady on the B&N side of the call reimbursed me the renewal charge, but I could tell that this illegal activity was not going to get reported any further.

My credit card reflect a B&N Membership renewal cost. I was not aware that I was I member. I've been once to the Walnut Creek, CA store a year ago I paid full price never requested to be a member. I do not like to read. I don't believe in memberships.
