I just received my visa statement and there is a charge for Avangate Bitdefender C amsterdam on my the amount is 79.95 canadian I did not resquest this and have not used bitdefender for the last two years may money back

I didn't authorize to buy bitdefinder anti virus software why I have been charged $79.95. So they should not charge without client authorization. I received Mastercard statement there is a charge $79.95 Avangate Bitdefender C Amsterdam on my account. I do not want to use bitdefinder this way. Please give my credit back.

I was charged $89.95 by Avangate Bitdefender C Amsterdam NL that was not authorized my me. I do not use Bitdefender for my computer and haven't for over a year. I want my money back.

I received a charge dated June 20th 2015 on my Wife's CITIBANK Credit card for tha amount of $89.95 from Avangate Bitdefender.C Amsterdam NL I did not request this, and have not used Bitdefender since 2014. I want my money back.

Je n'ai jamais commandé Avangate Bitdefender. C Amsterdam (Réf. Z027011850) au montant de $89.95 en devise USD que vous m'avez chargé sur ma carte de crédit. Je vous demande de me rembourser ces frais que je n'ai jamais autorisé. Cette pretique m'a occasionné plusieurs problèmes je vous demanderais de bien me faire disparaître sur votre liste de client.
