I have been charges monthly by itunes $10.58 recently, was charges twice on month of December 2017, and regular charges monthly for the year. I don't even subscribe itunes, no account of itunes, I couldn't trace what are the bill charges for? Im trying to figure it out how to stop this. I called the customer service last year they refund me 1 month and I was thinking that they will discontinue charging on my credit card but it keeps charging. I need a refund of this and remove any purchases not authorized by me.

I have unauthorized charges on my credit card for my IPhone-Apple ITunes. Your phone # is a joke. It leads you to here and you still can not speak to a real person, have to hope for a response.

I am being charged for iCloud storage on two different credit cards. I thought that the charge on one account ( the Citicard Visa) would stop when I changed it to my American Express card. The amount of 99 cents is charged monthly. How do I get this resolved?

Got an email saying my itune acct was temporarily locked due to a suspicious purchase. Case # 24755563635426662677; purchase for 339.98. I did not order anything nor has anyone else. Never have used the account. Leave the account locked and disabled. This charge is not mine.

I've been charged 3times within two months by APL*ITUNES.COM/Bill 866-712-7753.I notice I was charged on 11-21-2017 ref.#6715 in the Amount of $31.36,on 11-25-2017 ref.#2535 in the amount of $25.40 and again on 12-9-2017 ref.#5356 in the amount of $25.95.There is a pending charge on 12-16-2017 ref.#TEMP in the amount of $4.31. I am unsure of what these charges are for or where they were charged. I do not have an IPHONE now or never had one. I keel getting small charges on my credit card, 99 cents, 61 cents Ann the current $5.41. I have no idea what these charges are. I want to know what if any recurring subscriptions I have but can’t seem to talk to anyone when I phone. The suggestions on the phone do not apply to me except possibly iCloud storage.
