AiC Motor Club took $72.42 out of my checking account without my permission this month. On another date i called in to make a 39.00 payment ND THEY WITHDREW 131.00 from my account. They are very dishonest once they have your banking information. I am going to start looking at my statement more. Who gave them permission to debit from my account?

I do not have a account with this company nor did I authorize a charge to my credit card account for $12.42 on 8/19/2021 on my MC CC last 4 digits #3777: 8/19/2021 8/20/2021 $12.42 AIC*MOTOR CLUB Please refund me money asap to my MC CC. I was charged $99.00 on my bank debit card on 08/20/2019 which i didnt recognize I saw it before now but thought it was All State taking out of my checking account. I want my money back because i am on fixed income and cant give away to a crook.

Billed for $95.88 From AIC Motor Club 800-782-7887 Don't know who they are and definitely do not have an account with them, never authorized the charge. Reporting the transaction as fraud to Credit Card Company

ALLSTATE auto policy was cancelled in 2016 when I no longer had a car, AIC continues to charge my card

Just noticed 3 times charge of $16.50 in my checking account insert the name AIC*motot club IL. I have no knowledge as to when I signed up for their services as I already use AAA and am pretty much satisfied with it. Please return my money back.

If this was first reported in july of 2013, then how the F**K are they still getting away with this crap in march of 2016?????????????????????????? How long is the question... I want my money back. i'm on disability and don't even have insurance on a vehicle.

Still going in 2018. Took $1.99 out of my account. Luckily that's all. You have to shut down your account and reopened another one including your card connected to the account.

I just reviewed my checking account statement and found that AIC*MOTOR CLUB 800-347-8880 IL charged me $96.00 without authorization. I am furious and am going to attempt to have this charge reversed. This is not good business practices. The cost of the first year's membership was a complete waste of money. I went back to AAA. Do not do business with them!!

AIC Motor Club debit $75.00 from my account, I called Alllstate motor club and they said in there system it does not shows 75.00 being deducted. They told me to call my bank and reported as fraud.

Cancelled insurance with Allstate in December, it is now February and AIC Motor Club has taken $14.50 out of my account, unauthorized of course. Called 1800-347-8880, spoke with Steven Victor (in which I barely understood him) who says that he will put in a request within 24-48 hours for a refund to come back to me within 10 business days. I will be checking up on this next week, I hope what he says is accurate because I'm not pleased. This is an example of why I do not like giving my credit card over the phone, it was meant for Allstate home & car insurance and ends up with a Motor Club that is not even based in my area.

We no longer have Allstate insurance and did not request any auto club. please remove this charge from my account. Also, there was a credit of $11.93 made on the same day. is that because this unexpected charge of $89.00 overdrew my account?? Please credit my account for the remaining $77.07. Thank you

I am extremely upset to be charged 89 dollars for a AIC that i dont even have an account with... called the 800 # and the lady could not find any of my information in your system. i want my money back and for this account to be dropped. I also dont feel safe giving my bank account number out to a company that already has it and shouldnt!

Never signed up for any 89.00. deduction.
Called the customer service number, customer rep took my info and transferred me to a wrong department, where a guy gave me the original customer service number (he said to call next morning, as customer service will be close). But i dialed the number again and a rep answered, explained that the trial period has ended, the reason for the new fee. I told him it is unfair to customers, as we are not being informed first so that we can decide whether to opt out/cancel or stay being a member. He said he will speak to his supervisor, they came out with a deal of giving me back $22..in 24-48 hrs

They offered me a free month of the Roadside service, said that I would be notified when the month was over before any charges would be made to my account. Never received any notification before they charged me.
